Sharing quality enhancement tips through use of surveys and insights
We are delighted to be supporting the Academic Registrars’ Council (ARC) Quality and Partnerships Group Event on 12th June.
At evasys, we don’t just facilitate surveys – we fuel transformation. Every survey response captured through our platform is a step towards a more engaging, inclusive and high-quality student experience. From amplifying the student voice to embedding quality enhancement into institutional culture, we’re proud to support higher education providers in turning feedback into real, meaningful change.

Dr. Helena Lim, Academic Lead at evasys, will be attending and leading an interactive session at the upcoming ARC Quality and Partnerships Group on 12th June.
Moving Past Traditional Feedback to Meaningful Engagement
Helena will be joined by the Quality Practitioner Group Chair and Deputy Chair; respectively, Jacky Mack from Bournemouth University and Adam Child from Warwick University. The group will be sharing insights on how institutions can move beyond traditional feedback models to adopt a strategic, action-oriented approach to student engagement.
The session will explore how to move from simply gathering “what students said” to systematically evidencing “what they gained”, drawing from the collective experience of the room to discuss practical strategies to demonstrate the tangible learning and development of students, meeting evolving regulatory and sector demands for proven impact.
For many of the institutions we work with, quality enhancement is a key driver of the survey and evaluation process. Engaged students – those who see their feedback acknowledged and acted upon – are more likely to contribute meaningfully. And with evasys, those contributions are transformed into actionable insights that improve student experience and drive institutional excellence.
Feedback, when truly heard, becomes a powerful agent for change.
