Offering undergraduate, graduate and executive programmes, Cambridge Judge has been providing business-focused courses since 1990, across subjects such as accounting, economics and policy, finance, marketing, operations and technology management, organisational behaviour, strategy and international business.

Within Cambridge Judge, the Educational and Teaching Support team were seeking the replacement of the school’s student feedback tool, used for the collection and reporting of teaching feedback. The existing system was out-of-date and a fresher, more modern solution was sought.

Cambridge Judge Business School chooses evasys

One of the key factors in the decision to use evasys for module evaluation within Cambridge Judge was that the solution can be customised and tailored to the needs of each group within the department/school.

The previous system had worked well for a number of years, however, it was decentralised and required more manual input, meaning that multiple staff members spent time making manual adjustments and analysing data.

Cambridge Judge’s new evasys solution will be managed centrally and will be used to collect teaching feedback across all relevant groups in the school. Reports can be pulled for each individual survey, and the evasys dashboards allow for aggregated reporting to leaders and administrators across lecturers, modules, programmes and the whole institution.

evasys will provide a better and more efficient way of collecting teaching feedback from students, greatly reducing the need for manual adjustments and allowing for post-survey data analysis to examine trends to inform future pedagogical changes.

The team at evasys have offered advice and support throughout, and the staff at Cambridge Judge report that we have been friendly, constructive and effective.

The Cambridge Judge Business School Module Evaluation Steering Group commented:

“Choosing evasys was driven by the desire to enhance feedback processes, promote transparency, and foster continuous improvement in the learning environment. Although in the early days of using it, the system has proven effective in collecting student teaching feedback, offering valuable insights that may inform course adjustments and teaching strategies.”
