Be more than a software vendor

When City, University of London issued tender documentation for a new digital survey platform, the institution needed to transition from paper to fully online for delivery of module evaluations.

Requirements included integrations with other business-critical systems such as MoodleTribal’s SITS and the university’s Integration Hub.  Additionally, City needed the survey solution to provide automated data input/export, bespoke and aggregated reporting and required the successful vendor to support strategies that would improve survey completion rates

From a technical perspective, evasys could easily meet all requirements. But evasys isn’t just a technical provider, we are a solution partner. Even before successfully winning the tender, evasys went the extra mile to ensure complete understanding of requirements and expected outcomes.

evasys invested a significant amount of time in evaluating City’s requirements before the tender response was due, enabling the provision of a thought-out and thorough response, addressing all requirements from the tender documentation and providing different solution options as needed.

Managing expectation and preparing for implementation are part of the tender process at evasys, and with City aiming to achieve significant enhancements in functionality, performance and service levels it was critical to keep communication lines open before, during and after the tender process.

When implementing evasys, the team talks with as many stakeholders as possible and attends every meeting that they can.  Initial requirements were reviewed and ideas for improvement to academic and business processes – based on our experience of implementation at many other universities – was provided. We advised on best practice and devised workarounds wherever there was a challenge, and we work closely with our clients throughout implementation and beyond, as a trusted partner for life.
