Project Description

Capturing and acting on the student voice at University of Hull

Find out how the Strategic Planning and Business Intelligence Service at University of Hull uses evasys survey and evaluation software to maintain and enhance student voice outcomes.

The University of Hull was in the top quartile in 2021’s NSS Student Voice section, and scored, on average, around five percent above the sector benchmark.

This significant impact on NSS results was in part down to:

  • An institution-wide approach to module evaluation

  • A multi-pronged approach to reaching students wherever they are

  • A strong focus on closing the student feedback loop

  • Targeted communication of “You Said, We Did” outcomes
