Reimagining professional services in a changing sector: evasys at AHEP 2026
Higher education is facing challenges, but with the right insights, there are opportunities to grow.
We’re proud to be a Gold Sponsor of the AHEP Virtual Conference 2026, bringing together professional services leaders from across the UK and Ireland to explore how institutions can adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
A sector in transition
The AHEP Conference is taking place online on 7th and 8th May 2026 and this year’s theme, “Thriving Together: Reimagining Professional Services in a Shifting Higher Education Sector,” reflects the reality many institutions are facing. Financial pressures are driving difficult decisions and the move to a virtual format supports the need for more accessible, cost-effective ways for HE professional services colleagues to connect and collaborate.
At the same time, this format opens the door to wider participation, ensuring more voices can contribute to the conversations shaping the future of higher education.
Turning insight into action
For teams working across strategy, planning, student experience and operations, there is a clear challenge: how do you make confident, informed decisions in an increasingly complex environment?
evasys is supporting and exhibiting at the virtual conference to help answer that question. As the UK and Ireland’s leading survey and insights platform for higher education, evasys enables universities to gather and analyse meaningful data across the entire student lifecycle. From module evaluations and student voice initiatives to staff surveys and elections, evasys supports a consistent, scalable approach to insight that drives better decision-making.
We’re also delighted that our Managing Director, Bruce Johnson, will be speaking at the conference.
Taking place on Thursday 7th May from 12:45–13:30, his session “Using Student Survey Insights to Drive Enhancement and Early Intervention” will explore how institutions can harness both quantitative survey data and AI-driven analysis of open comments to strengthen quality processes and improve student outcomes. Drawing on real-world examples, including approaches used at King’s College London, Bruce will demonstrate how linking NSS results with internal module surveys can uncover key drivers of student experience, highlight areas for targeted enhancement and enable earlier, more proactive support for students, helping institutions respond with greater speed and precision in an increasingly complex landscape.
Built for higher education
Our team’s experience within UK universities means we understand the realities of institutional culture, processes and competing priorities. We know that insight must be not only robust, but also timely, trusted and easy to act on.
With our partnership with StudentVoice.ai, institutions can now go further, unlocking fast, accurate analysis of open-text feedback at scale. The result is richer insight, delivered quickly, enabling teams to respond with confidence.
