evasys sponsors the remaining 2020 PVC Network events

Leading provider of evaluation and assessment solutions for education providers, evasys, is delighted to sponsor the remaining 2020 PVC Network events.

Organised by AdvanceHE and aimed at Pro Vice-Chancellors, Vice-Principals and Deputy Vice-Chancellors, the PVC Network provides a unique forum to share successful strategies to enhance teaching and learning in higher education.

There are two upcoming PVC Network events in the last quarter of 2020:

  • Leading Transformation Projects: The COVID-19 Experience on 8th October; and

  • The Changed Student Learning Experience as a Result of the COVID-19 Crisis on 19th November

  • Both events are sponsored by evasys and will take place virtually.

EvaSys sponsors PVC Network Events 2020

What Will Be Covered?

The Leading Transformation Projects session will enable those with senior level responsibility for learning and teaching to meet and share experiences of their COVID-19 response and pivoting to online solutions.  The Changed Student Learning Experience event will explore the changing educational requirements of higher education students in a socially distanced world, including looking at the challenges of digital poverty, the replacement of traditional exams, the implications of the attainment gap and the advantages and disadvantages of the different available delivery models.

Bruce Johnson, Managing Director of evasys, commented:

“We are delighted to be supporting these PVC Network events; the pandemic has resulted in institutions re-evaluating their digital strategies, and our solutions are supporting institutions to achieve their objectives.

We’ve seen a substantial increase from our higher education customers seeking to move exams and assessments online with evaexam, in addition to efforts to close the student feedback loop through evasys surveys, making sure that student voices are heard.  The PVC Network will assist senior-level higher education practitioners to share knowledge on working through the challenges raised by COVID-19, and we’re proud to be associated with these events.”
