At evasys, we know that some of the best ideas come from conversations between peers. That’s why we’re delighted to be hosting our next User Community Gathering on 17th June at the University of Liverpool Guild of Students.

This annual event is designed exclusively for evasys customers and provides a valuable opportunity for our community to come together in person, share experiences, exchange ideas and explore the future of evaluation and insight within higher education.

Why evasys hosts user community gatherings

Our User Community Gatherings are a key part of how we support and collaborate with our users throughout the year. While evasys provides powerful tools for evaluation, surveys and insights, we know that real success comes from the people using the system every day.

Whether attendees are long-standing customers or have just come on board, the gathering offers something for everyone.

Last year’s attendees told us how valuable it was to meet both the evasys team and fellow users face to face, sparking insightful conversations, practical takeaways and new ideas to bring back to their institutions.

A valuable event for new and experienced users alike

This year’s gathering will be particularly beneficial for new evasys users and teams looking to build confidence and knowledge within their organisation. Open to all evasys customers, the event is designed to be collaborative, practical and welcoming.

We’ve also deliberately started the main agenda at 11 am to make travel to and from Liverpool possible within the same day for many attendees.
