HE Student Engagement Expert Joe Mahon joins evasys

Leading solution provider for student evaluation and insights, evasys, is delighted to announce that experienced higher education professional, Joe Mahon, is joining the team in the role of Implementation and Account Manager.

With eight years’ experience working across student engagement, retention and systems in two universities, plus three years working in customer success and training for HE-provider Solutionpath, Joe’s arrival further strengthens the skills and experience within the evasys management team.

Joe will be supporting new and existing customers to optimise the way they use evasys, ensuring that project, department, school and institutional goals are met, and exceeded.

Helping customers to get the most from their evasys solution

With a university career beginning in finance, rerouting via student adviser and student journey support and culminating as an Applicant and Student Information System Manager, Joe has a thorough understanding of how universities operate, as well as the journeys and interventions that students may need to remain engaged and, ultimately, successful.

This direct HE experience coupled with almost three years working in customer success and education/training for student engagement analytics vendor, Solutionpath, means that Joe is extremely well versed in applying technology solutions to successfully capturing and acting on the student voice.

Adding to the higher ed experience in the senior evasys team

With eight years of experience working directly with students and colleagues in a higher education setting, Joe’s arrival adds to the 50+ years of collective HE experience in the existing senior team.  Joining MD Bruce Johnson, Head of Engagement Glenda Saint John and Head of Opportunities Dr Helena Lim, Joe adds to a team already brimming with hands-on experience of student engagement, university admin and policy, HE technology and academic roles.
