Conor joins evasys straight from his role at London Metropolitan University as Student Engagement Manager where, in addition to a wide range of responsibilities focused on improved student engagement, he was responsible for the successful implementation of a complete redesign of internal survey management, design and process.  Using evasys to facilitate the strategic change to institution-wide surveys and evaluation, Conor successfully focused on the acquisition of richer data and greater stakeholder engagement, and on producing insights for the Senior Leadership team to effect strategic change based on student feedback.

Commenting on his new role, Conor notes:

“Joining evasys as Implementation and Account Manager is the next logical career step for me. evasys has been pivotal to my success in redefining, redesigning and relaunching the internal survey process at London Met, meaning that I am very much in a position to ‘drink the Kool-Aid’ about the solution I am now responsible for implementing in other institutions. Having been on the client side and worked through a rigorous implementation process that tailored evasys to deliver to precise requirements at London Met, I am looking forward to helping other institutions configure evasys to fit their needs.”

Prior to London Met, Conor worked in several other higher and further education bodies, including Edinburgh College Students’ Association, University of Westminster Students’ Union and the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA).

With the addition of Conor, the senior team at evasys – consisting of MD Bruce Johnson, Head of Opportunities Helena Lim and Head of Engagement Glenda Sain John – now has more than 60 years of higher education experience between them.

Bruce Johnson explains:

“I’m delighted to welcome Conor to the evasys team, and to add his ten years of experience working in tertiary education policy and student engagement to the senior team. Between the four of us, we have knowledge and experience gleaned from working within universities in a wide variety of technical, academic, administrative and policy roles that feed into the overall survey and evaluation process. Our combined experience enables us to offer an enhanced service to clients, as we understand their perspectives and goals. It also feeds into product development to ensure that our technology continually improves and reflects current thinking on survey evaluation process.”
